Highly recommend to work with Chen and team for your green card. Most delays were from our end. They never missed a message we left with many questions. Their attention to detail with responses to questions are very helpful. They will guide you with exactly how you should plan your work during the application process. If you follow their lead on your NIW application you will definitely not have issues. Prepping of my documents and my partners took about 6 months (but in reality the work we put in for the documents might have been about a couple of hours in total). All the delays were mostly on our end. My application submission to approval took 1 year and 8 months. Again highly recommend them to file your NIWs.

When I tried to find the attorney for the I140 petition (NIW-EB2), I had only 15 citations (1 first author and 2 co-author papers).
