Chen has developed a great method to work with the petitioners. They are skillful, cooperative and responsive. I applied in NIW-EB2 category. After the submission, it took several months to get the I-140 approval from USCIS. Now my anxiety is gone and I am happy now.

I used the Chen Immigration Law Group to file my I-140 NIW. I started working with them on May 2020 and they have patiently worked with me through the applications submission (September 2021), redrafting my recommendations letters and petition letter when I had to move my job. They addressed all my questions and concerns throughout the process. I highly recommend them for immigration applications. My application was approved on September 2022.

I began to work with Chen Immigration Law Group to file my I-140 NIW and I-485, together, on Nov 16, 2020. Since my visa was expired, I had only 45 days to submit my case to USCIS. The Chen team worked with me patiently, and very fast to prepare all the documents in only 45 days and both I-140 and I-485 cases were submitted on December 30, 2020!

They followed my case closely and whenever was necessary, they contacted the USCIS. My I-140 was approved on Oct 18, 2022. If the experience, passion, and kind and close collaboration of Chen’s team weren’t there, my case would not be prepared in such a short time.
