Dear prospective applicant, you would need to closely follow your own timeline if you reside in US and please don’t get scared from the pages of the questionnaire which is kind of the main part you need to do by yourself. The information that goes into your petition will not be extracted from your CV by the immigration team, you will need to explain it to them in a very detailed fashion which may take a long time, probably longer than you expect. That’s why, time yourself accordingly, especially if you are in US and will require a change of status. It was nice and smooth journey! The lawyer, Farihah Tasnim Hossain, did a quite nice job for the preparation of the I-140 petition. I could complete the requested materials quite easily with the proper guidance. Although the initial petition was flawless, I had to go through the RFE. The requirements mentioned in RFE letter from USCIS were not so specific. The lawyer, Boyu W., did a great job to prepare the reply for RFE. He nicely understood the actual requirements from USCIS and explained well the questions point by point in the RFE response letter. As a result I-140 was approved within 3 days after it was received by USCIS. Overall, I greatly appreciate the service from North American law group. Thank you very much.
