My experience with WG is great. The process is efficient and is suitable for PhD student who still need to do a lot of research work during work time. I got NIW approval after 2 months of filling. My EB1A took 9 months, but I used pp last week and got approval today. I asked a lot of other questions and got the answer very quick. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service provided by Chen’s immigration law group in helping me prepare my NIW case. I launched my NIW application at the very last minute. H1b (6 years) will be expired at the end of March, 2024. I started to collect materials during the Christmas holiday. I chose expedited option and my lawyer(s) prepared the recommendation letters and petition letter in 10 days! My case was submitted on 2/12. I received the approved notice today on 2/16! I don’t recommend anyone to follow my timeline. But I really appreciate their hard work and professionality!
