I’m immensely grateful to the Chen group for helping me successfully file my EB-1A—I140 petition. The team was super prompt in pretty much everything, including drafting and reviewing the documents and replying to my messages. I felt very well supported in this entire process.

My NIW application was approved! It has been a great experience working with Chen Immigration & Attorneys. They have very robust process and system to support and instruct the applicants on each step. I was referred by my friend. Back to that time, I had no idea what NIW was and how to apply to it. I simply followed the attorney’s instructions step by step and was able to complete the whole application and get approval within 5 months. This process can be shorter depending on how fast the applicant can respond to the attorney’s request and provide the required information & documents. They always provide the best advice every time I have a question. Trust them, follow their instructions, and communicate clearly! You will have your application completed and approved, too!

My EB-1A application was successfully approved. Blaine B., the attorney who drafted my petition letter, did an excellent job. I was really surprised by how accurately he understood my statement of contributions (SoC) and translated them into plain language in the petition letter. The draft was well-structured, and I only needed to make one round of revisions, mainly to adjust some scientific descriptions. Almost everything else remained unchanged.
