I can’t recommend this immigration firm enough. They made this whole complex and nerve wrecking process which at times seems never-ending possible. Their instruction packets are easy to read and follow, the website is user friendly and easy to navigate, they are very responsive and the communication with them was very easy and efficient. Every question I asked was thoroughly answered within 1-2 days. Unlike many law firms that ask the petitioner to write their own recommendation letters, Chen’s Immigration firm composed all the recommendation letters. This ensured that all of my academic and research achievements were discussed across those letters with each one explaining a specific aspect of it. Additionally this way my recommenders were more willing to provide me with a letter of recommendation because the work has already been done and they only needed to review and sign the letter. And this is all besides their high success rate they have. Both me and my brother worked with them and our petitions were approved. Considering the amount of work they put into my petition I felt they undercharge applicants. Do not hesitate to start working on your petition with them.
