My I-140 NIW was approved in 5 months. I may have the unique experience of going through approval (EB2-NIW) and denial (EB1-A). Although my I-140 EB1A was not approved (I applied in Dec of 2021 and had a RFA subsequently), the process was smooth with that petition as well.
