They just got my form I-140 approved for EB2 – NIW petition in just 10 days. I am working as internal

medicine resident in the US however my proposed endeavor is clinical but they managed to get me the

approval without any RFEs requests from USCIS, I highly recommend using their services. Another point is

very critical to mention that they are very responsive and usually they respond within 24 hours period

and what I do like as well their honesty and their professional expertise in that area. Finally I so

speechless and cant thank them enough for what they have done and what they will do as well.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Chen Immigration

Law Associates (Wegreened), especially by William B. who assisted with my case. My entire EB2-NIW

process (from the day that I signed/paid the contract with them to receiving the approval notification

with no RFE) was less than 3 months. Super fast without any detrimental to the quality, exactly what I

was looking for. Another relevant point is that different from other law firms, Chen is really

interested on your approval and not your money. I say that due to 2 reasons: first they offer the

“Approval or Refund” which basically shows how much they believe on your application and they will not

say that you have chances just to take your money. The other factor is that they charge more depending

on the number of rec letters you will have and I had a long list of potential recommenders on high

positions at elite companies/universities to write rec letters for me and they told that only 2

recommenders would be enough, indicating again that their interest is in preparing your best application

and not just getting the money out of you. In addition to all that, their price is super reasonable.

Other law firms will be charging you 3x-4x what they ask for and I doubt that would give you the same

quality as Chen.

Super excited! My 140 got approved in 6 days. USCIS received my

package on Thursday and I got the approval for 140 email from Chen on Wednesday next week. They were
